Submitting a claim should take less than five minutes. Please prepare your reference/policy number, contact, and payment details.
You can find this number in the confirmation email sent to you by the bank or insurer. This number serves as proof of sale, and we'll need it to check your eligibility with the provider.
We'll need your email to send you updates about your reward.
For rewards disbursed via PayNow, we'll need a valid PayNow-registered phone number.
Once you've submitted your claim, you'll receive a confirmation email. We'll send you another update once we've verified your eligibility with the provider.
